So...there is no question we are finally starting to play some of our best ball
After 20 games, our offense was 27th......19 games later, sitting @ 10th
Even when we were 27th, we saw the potential of the offense...the beautiful ball movement that always resulted in a brick
But we lead the league in open shots (4-6ft) and catch and shoot opportunities (2nd for shots 6ft+ open). Ball movement is one of the best in the NBA.
There's some bad to it....we are 28th in FTs and don't score in the paint. It's live and die by the 3, but backed by elite defense at least
We do get in the paint @ league average, but Stevens values the kick out for a wide open 3 over praying for a whistle
A lot of that has to do with Hayward, Brown, Theis and Rozier finally starting to round into form...only up from here considering just how bad they all started, including Al Horford
It's only going to get better boys
