Mavericks were just totally stacked with a defensive-minded team that had plenty of great outside shooters. Tyson Chandler took their interior defense to another level. There's a reason he won the defensive player of the year award with an under-achieving Knicks team this year. Mavs made a mistake letting him go. I think they would have repeat as NBA champions if they had kept him.
