I can't recall what that package was anymore, but Kuz + whoever for Hield wouldn't have handicapped us as much as the Westbrook deal. (In terms of salary + potentially fit). It was a swing for the fences kinda deal.. not writing the Lakers off yet, but it looks like the WB deal backfired. Team defense is just non existent. Lot of it comes down to effort.
