niantec has apologized for the error, and google confirmed that no excessive information other than google bio info has been taken from pokemon go users.

they said they're working on a fix right now and users don't need to take any action

i'm only lvl 5 lol. do i start battling? and which color is best?

I'm level 7. I did one gym battle. I beat the first pokemon but got rekt by the 2nd which was like a 600 cp flareon lol

I chose team valor, which is red. I think a lot of people chose Mystic, which is blue.

you probably could, i've been upgrading my hypno and pidgeot




you can, but you'll probably get smoked unless the gym is weak
