DENVER -- Kobe Bryant missed shootaround Thursday prior to the Los Angeles Lakers' Game 6 against the Denver Nuggets because of gastroenteritis.
Bryant's stomach symptoms include pain and vomiting. He will be a game-time decision, according to Lakers' spokesman John Black.
"If any of your guys get sick, let alone Kobe, you're concerned," Lakers coach Mike Brown said.
While Brown had concern for Bryant's well-being, there did not seem to be concern as to whether he would play.
"If I were a betting man -- which I'm not, Commish," Brown said laughing, "I would probably bet that he would play before he wouldn't, but I don't know how serious it is."
Added Lakers forward Matt Barnes, who likely would move to the starting lineup if Bryant was indeed out: "Kobe's playing. There's no adjustment. He'll be out here."
