No. This isn't a bet. There is no gray area here. The above verbiage is not a bet. Both sides must explicitly say CD for this to be a bet. The only time where a CD is not necessary is in our sports books. That is it.

Then it became an in game bet which required both parties to CD AGAIN because we have different rules for an in game bet.

People used to say "cool gl" as a loophole to get out of their bets. This is why its important for both sides to say CD.


Also, he didn't pay back. Someone else paid back for him.

I am not even mad you tbh. I am mad at EErock. His ruling invalidates every single bet on this forum. There is no longer a CD required by both sides for a valid bet.

He rules on intent, which is something we never EVER want to do in here.

I dont know di5 personally. I dont think ive ever even talk to him. He was locked as a trusted/mediator of this sub for following our rules. That is wrong.
