Celtics fans are in for a rude awakening now that they got a squad full of softies.

Brogdon - degenerative foot injury prone
Horford - old af
Timelord - day to day
KP - refused to do the dirty work in Dallas, wants to be a shooter
Tatum - great player but not MVP caliber
JB - somewhere between a #2 and #3 on a championship team, like Spicy P
Smart - he gone
Grant - he gone
White - should be starter going forward

I got the Bucks, Cavs, and potentially Heat (if they get Lillard for cheap) as the top dogs in the East

We all know the 76ers are fools gold there is no need to even discuss it. Weak MVP with disappearing #2 and terrible supporting cast (aside from Maxey and Reed) maybe Springer could contribute some now that Rivers is gone

Lol wat stop it...not this shit again listing the Cavs over the Sixers like some idiots here did before last season 🤣

76ers finished with the THIRD best record in the NBA last season despite Embiid missing 17 games, Harden missing 25 games, and Maxey missing 22 games. Let that sink in for a minute. Started the season 12-12, then Harden came back from injury and the rest was history....42-16 over the final 58 games of the season, nobody in the East was better over that time. Top 3 offense and top 7 defense last season as well.

Oh, and all this while Doc Rivers was the head coach 😭

Fools gold 🙄

Clear coaching upgrade with Nick Nurse + Maxey leveling up again. If Harden is gone, Maxey will be a sure fire All-Star. Even with Harden, Maxey is still looking at an All-Star push as early as next season. Describing Maxey as "supporting cast" is comical though, he's got All-NBA written all over his future.

Maxey isn’t even a sure fire All-Star in the upcoming season how the fuck is he suddenly All-NBA? Pump the brakes, Maxey probably gets his first All-Star nod in 2024-2025. He is a prospect AKA a supporting piece. He was the 4th option last year, good numbers but lets be realistic about his place right now. In the future? Probably a consistent All-Star but we’re discussing right now

A team that hasn’t made it out of the 2nd round since Iverson is definitely fools gold. Nothing more needs to be said

Your own fanbase categorized Maxey as the 4th option. You really like to argue semantics instead of acknowledging the glaring facts, denial is the first step

Dont let Maxey being the 3rd or 4th option distract you from the fact that The Process has yet to advance past the semis

....i can't tell if you're being serious or not lol

Not a single 76ers fan out there would ever suggest that Maxey was the 4th option lmao. The 4th option was clear cut Tobias and that's not even a debate

Maxey was the #2/#3. Harden and Maxey were the 2A and 2B options really in terms of scoring. Harden averaged 21.0 PPG on 44/39/87 with a 25.0% USG rate and Maxey averaged 20.3 PPG on 48/43/85 with a 24.1% USG rate.

In 13 games without Harden, Maxey averaged 25/6/4 on the same great efficiency (47% FG, 43.3% 3PT).

There's a reason the 76ers had absolutely no interest in giving Maxey up for Damian Lillard and made it clear Maxey isn't available for trade. He is special, and he just turned 22 years old last season.
