Embiid got swept without Simmons and has never gotten out of the 2nd round even with Butler who has been in multiple deep playoff runs without him

And? Embiid is WAY better than Giannis overrated ass.

That little fluke championship run where Middleton carries in closing moments with clutch shot after clutch shot seems so long ago, huh?

Imagine your franchise player quickly giving the ball up in the final moments of regulation because he didn't want to take the foul and go to the free throw line. Almost turned it over in the process too, but he wanted no parts of having to take those shots lmao.

Then in the final seconds of OT just recklessly barrels down the court, gives the ball up and falls over relying on Grayson Allen to take the final shot 🤣🤣🤣

Giannis folded, big time. He looked so weak. 10-for-23 from the FT line!?? HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE!?!? Dude is a freak athlete but man does he lack skill. All the work he puts in and he still can't shoot to save his life.

And Embiid has never won a thing. No amount of talking about Giannis changes that

Well he won his second scoring title this season, and he's about to win his first MVP award. B)

And he's still playing, while Giannis got knocked out in the first round BY AN 8TH SEED ROFL!!

Embiid might get knocked by a higher seed, sure. But nothing will ever top being a #1 seed and being sent home in the first round 🤣🤣🤣

FMVP, Champion, 2 MVPS, DPOY, multiple All-Star captains, multiple 1st team All-NBA

pretty sure Giannis has had significantly more success than Embiid. still waiting for a 2nd rd series win from Embiid

All that, and still can't shoot free throws or close games for his teams these days 🤣

Whatever you have to bring up from the past to help you sleep better at night.

Nobody expected Shaq or Bill Russell to close games or hit free throws to win rings. They had dynamic scorers to do that

The fact that Giannis won a ring without a dynamic scorer and without an X's and O's type coach is extremely impressive. This year just highlighted how insane he really was when they won

Not sure how Giannis' flame out this year really makes you feel better about Embiid's entire career being void of any playoff success

Giannis had one All-Star in Middleton, who had one of the most clutch playoff runs ever, to carry the load and close games. That man hit so many big shots to win and close out games. Shots that Giannis couldn't take.

He also had Jrue, another All-Star. One of the best two-way guards in the league, and voted by players as the most underrated in the league.

Let's not act like Giannis didn't have a pretty stacked team.

even tho you were on here saying that Middleton didn't deserve his All-Star nods in 2019 or 2020, now suddenly he is this amazing player when the narrative is convenient for you? Middleton is a very average running mate. almost every real contender has a better running mate both now and historically

Jrue was horrendous against the Heat. Butler completely demoralized him and he could not help himself from forcing the matchup which hurt his team over the series

Jrue was key in beating Atlanta which is matchup dependent, otherwise Jrue has consistently underperformed in the playoffs. look at his shooting splits, every single metric is below his regular season numbers. he crumbles in the PO

even Eric Bledsoe had a better TS% during the Raps collapse than Jrue this season against the Heat...
