I actually like that they played GB close. Rodgers had a bad day by his standards. Should help the spread rise.
So far San Diego is ranked 1st in yards per game and ranked first in passing yards per game. Oakland is ranked 23rd in ypg and 14 passing ypg. Oakland is ranked 28th while San Diego is 29th in rushing yards per game.
The public is right to think that this chargers team is better than oakland. Chargers at home, opened at -4 is reasonable. They're favored for a reason and I don't think you should write them off so easily. If rivers can throw for 500 yards against the Packers without running the ball, imagine what he'll do to oakland raiders..
