Injury status? Hes been cleared for months if i'm not mistaken
Not worried about Hayward...can't be worried about Kawhi

What you mean worried about his work ethic?

so it doesn't bother you that he's been "cleared for months" yet doesn't want to actually play basketball for his own team and help them potentially win a championship (the Spurs) despite being in the postseason?

exactly, this is why I'm very weary. Same thing why I didn't want Paul George for just 1 year.

I guess it's somewhat concerning, but Kyrie wanted out of a team that was a lock for the finals...somewhat similar, no?
Relationships get in the way sometimes, but I agree it wasn't fair to his teammates. Especially Lamarcus who worked extra hard this season.
Everyone makes mistakes

It may be a problem, but when a player of his talent is available, teams don't worry about that lol

the difference (a big difference IMO) is Kyrie never sat out games of a season/postseason while healthy, pretty sure it was during the offseason when we heard Kyrie wanted out; I don't think we heard a peep out of him during the prior season with the Cavs that he was unhappy - hence I don't think his worth ethic was in question like with Kawhi.

That being said, I think Ainge is going to look at all options on the table including Kawhi, LeBron (yes I said the dirty L word), + other big names.

I have no doubt Kawhi would be a godlike player if he joined us, but like Horford said, I'm just concered about breaking the bank on a 1 year rental especially when he's openly come out and says he wants to be in Los Angeles. I have doubts we will contend next year even with Kawhi regardless.

We are progressing just fine as it is and have one of the best young duos in the league as it stands. I dont want to lose that.

the one reason I kind of want him (even though I really don't) is can you imagine the 76ers fans on here? they would literally cry themselves to sleep and never post here again LOL.

LOL... that would be fucking good actually

Its sickeningly pathetic how much they want him to come in and carry them to a championship. Like they wouldn't even feel a little guilty that they had to recruit possibly the best player of all time to finally win something. Wouldn't that make you feel dirty?

Dear god I can picture DM now.... absolutely disgusting.

Take a look at DM's and Embiid@jsp's posts after the 76ers got eliminated, 24/7 LeBron dick-sucking, it was absolutely D I S G U S T I N G, and then they both tried to backpedal and say #TrustTheProcess is still working, yet they need the best player in the NBA still? L M A O
