Yes, but it would've taken a great MVP caliber effort from Russell Westbrook. Once he had gotten COVID-19 and then a strained right quad, which caused him to miss the first four playoff games, I knew it was over. Chris Paul and the OKC Thunder should've beaten us in Game 7 to be honest.

When we watch sporting events and listen to the commentary, we often hear things about the “intangibles” and the “it-factor” and “clutch”.

So what exactly is clutch? Is it coming back from being down 14 to start the 4th quarter? Is it going for 20/8/8 while guarding the opposing team’s best overall offensive player? Or is it making the game-winning shot on the road with 2.2 seconds left on the clock, and sinking the “favorites” in the first game of the playoffs?
