Ok how about the next game noobs

Jazz on a nice run

Playing without Conley

I'm watching, great game so far.

I actually took them ML and +4 with live bets when they were down by 9 in the 1st quarter (keep in mind they were 3-4 point favorites at the start of the games). When they missed 19 consecutive shot attempts in the first quarter.

Got them ML at +165 when they were down 21-12, and got them +4 at -114 when they were down 21-12. I'll love you a lot if they both hit.

Comparing Giannis to KD.....wtf?

Difference is KD can handle the rock, he can score from ANYWHERE, he's one of the greatest scorers in NBA history (and arguably THE greatest). Giannis can't do jack shit outside of the paint when he's not bullying or just dunking it, he's useless trying to create against a defense that packs the paint. As good as Giannis is, everyone can see much of it comes from the fact that he's just a freak size and athletically, but in terms of his skill set he's really not all that special and has GLARING weaknesses that get exposed in playoff basketball.

The point is that as great as Giannis is, teams win Championships. Consider how many great players never won. Nash, Iverson, Barkley, Malone, Stockton, Miller, etc

The Bucks landed a ggreat player in Holiday but a true playmaker like Harden, Paul, or Lowry would have put them in even better position. Again, Holiday is a great player but the Bucks are still missing a playmaking PG.

There is no reason Giannis needs to initiate the offense from beyond the 3 point arc. His ISO game is terrible offense.

The difference that I keep pointing out between Simmons and Giannis? Giannis tries to expand his game and has added a respectable mid-range jumper. Simmons is too prideful about his FG% that he simply won't do it.

That and Simmons was billed as a #1 option type Superstar, but he has fallen well short of those expectations. Giannis is still capable of that role as a KG type who can kill you inside and polish his mid-range.

I realized you said KG and not KD, unless you edited that? KG makes more sense, but he also spaced the floor way better than Giannis.

Then again KG was never a #1 go-to guy on a Championship team, so if that's your comparison then well....
