He may have taken the Raptors' offer of four years and $120M. Rockets were very aggressive and went three years and $130M.

I don't even know if there's enough cap space left to sign Brook Lopez or Dillon Brooks. Alperen Sengun will be a star center soon.

The Houston Rockets could put together a dynasty if guys like Alperen Sengun (baby Jokic), Jalen Green, Jabari Smith Jr., Amen Thompson and Cam Whitmore (18 years old and the baby of the bunch) all develop properly. All-star veterans will accelerate their growth as a team. Push for playoffs sooner rather than later. I kind of expect these kids with a few added vets to challenge for a Play-In spot next year (7-10 seed).
