Frankly 20 an hour as a single income my mother did that for a decade + while supporting myself as well.

26.5 after a 1-2 years of work? Lets say you get in as an 18 year old(We've had MULTIPLE 18 year olds) You start at 20. In 1 year you get a 6.45$ an hour raise.
That's extremely worth it.
Then lets say you become a CE2 and get to 32 in 2 years after that.
Then CE3-4-5.
