Last night the wife and I went to a German Restaurant for my friend's birthday.  Great sausages, sauerkraut, mashed potatoes, pork chops, salad and of course German Beer.  It was pretty awesome.


Sausage and Sauerkraut is good in moderation. I like Polish kielbasa and sauerkraut the best. I make that sometimes when the kids are gone they hate sauerkraut of course.

Do you eat deer meat? I have some family in Michigan who sometimes visit Texas and they bring a lot of that stuff down.
