Anyone can draft up a deal, but until there's a handshake/signature from both parties involved, the deal means nothing.

Deals like this happen all the time where they ultimately fall through until both parties sign the dotted line... Which I'm not sure why Eerock in the moment just forgot / did not have the experience dealing with this case. I hope they come around and do a 180 on the current results.
