Looks like he's trying to buy $100 worth of osrs gp to then sell here for fg which is actually the best way to get fg basically or close.

1 mil osrs is ~30¢
1 mil here is ~30 fg
Basically makes $100 = 10K fg

Edit: Just looked and buying directly from jsp it's 3250 fg for $100 lmao so more than 3x value buying osrs gp.
