Again, if you wish, you can just make all the picks at one time for the whole week or you can go day by day whatever works as long as the picks for the games that day are in by 12pm.
You dont have to pick every game. (tie breakers uses total points scored so there is incentive to pick more teams)

This is great format If you could also just add something like "saturday" or "nov 20 picks" it also just makes it that much more clear although it is time stamped so its not 100% necessary.
