Nice, that's the way to go until you can't handle it anymore. Work out of that garage, office, storage unit, etc, until you can't do it anymore. It's worth it in terms of what you'll save. What's your current monthly volume?

I only ask because I manage a global fulfillment company with our own proprietary WMS. We work with dozens of e-commerce brands, ranging from small startups to 100+ million dollar companies.

It's a dream. I work from home, I barely have to do anything, I get paid a full salary, and I get some very nice benefits. That's what it's all about.
