Yeah man, being on drugs is most definitely justification for pulling a gun on someone for a fake 20 and then putting a knee to his neck causing him to suffocate.. The testimony by experts went in detail as to the percentages that his lung capacity was effected in the position..
NINE MINUTES AND 26 SECONDS WITHOUT RENDERING AID.. And this is the hill you want to stand on????? THIS is the murderous 27 complaint cop you are defending? Disgusting...
FACT CHECK:
falsethe knee was not stationary, it was moving to his shoulder too, as shown in the video footage released during the trial
the video that was intentionally hidden from the public by Defense Attorney Keith Ellison shows Floyd's saying "i can't breathe" just seconds after exiting his car, while NO FORCE was applied to him, while he was standing upright still
which points to either the lethal dose of drugs he swallowed, his positive COVID status, or both - being the reason for not being able to breathe
huge chance the dEvAsTaTiNg KnEe maneuver wouldn't have done shit to him, if not for those two things. That is more than is needed in a LEGIT court procedings to establish Reasonable Doubt, which would throw out the case if there weren't violent savages compromising the trial by threats of terrorism outside the courtroom. Multiple jurors admitted being in fear of the what the terrorists would do if they "wouldn't like the verdict".
Hence here we are with the absurd case of being found guilty of three totally different types of charges simultaneously.
