Kobe belongs in the 10-20 all time range. I wouldn’t fault a big Lakers fan for putting him in the back end of their top 10

I agree. I've never liked Kobe and that is no secret here. But to me he is the second best SG of all time (infinite power gap between 1 and 2) and definitely a top 20 player.

Overrated? Depends who is rating him. In general he is overrated. Even moreso now. Top 5? No. Top 10? No, but it's not that big of stretch to claim it.
