Talent talent talent

The Clippers were not a well oiled machine, and therefore were an underachieving mess. Period. They can have all the talent in the world it doesn't matter if they can't produce.

Plus, as I said Paul George was NOT good last season.

the Clippers ceiling > the Raptors ceiling

the Clippers just needed to function within themselves to win and they couldn't

the Raptors were reliant on having some luck in the Finals, most sane fans understand that the Warriors would've probably worked them in 5 with Durant and Klay

Remember when this was an MVP conversation? We just gonna let the "Embiid outside chance" comment go?

Now why would you take the basketball opinion of a guy who deepthroats a banana seriously.

So bitcoin drug kingping is arguing that Jokic is better because he beat the clippers last year, and DM is saying Embiid is better because he took the Raptors to 7?

None of this shit makes sense.

Embiid is not the same player he was then, and Jokic is taking leaps this season as well.

This season:

The only player in NBA history to top Embiid’s current usage rate and TS% is Steph Curry in his unanimous MVP season.

Steph Curry’s usage rate was 32.6% accompanied by 66.9% true shooting percentage during the 2015/2016 campaign.

Joel Embiid, 16 games into this season, has a usage rate of 32.2% and a true shooting percentage of ... 66.9%.

16 games a remarkable sample size to start making definitive claims upon, when the 76ers have had the 2nd easiest strength of schedule in the league

I have plenty more to say about Embiid, I was simply addressing the "Jokic beat the Clippers and that makes him great" comment.

If you read, you would see that isn't my argument as to why Embiid is better....that was just addressing Giannis comment.

What claim am I definitively making?

And if we're not talking about the 16 games that happened this season to determine who's leading THIS SEASON's mvp race, then what the fuck are we supposed to bring up?

Are you stupid?

The Clippers LAST SEASON were a mess bro, why do you keep denying that?

This season they look really good, but last season? Lol not so much. They won games in the reg season but they were such a mess internally.

2nd in the West and 4th in the league is bad

just because they choked a 3-1 lead does not suddenly make them bad

talking about Embiid having unanimous MVP stats 16 games with the 2nd weakest schedule in the league is pretty stupid

It's showing how good his season so far, which you know, is kind of important to where he stands in this current season's MVP race....

I mean you're talking about playoff series from last season as if it's somehow relevant and means Jokic should be the leader of the MVP race...
