43% not good? He shot 43.8% that season and finished 3rd in MVP voting.
He literally went into the playoffs and produced almost exactly at the MVP level that he had been producing at all season. I mean yes, there was much more to give considering a game or two he shot like crap but people blow it out of proportion overall. Paul George is a damn good player lol.
28ppg 43% from the field, 38% from three on nearly 10 attempts per game.
29ppg 43% from the field 31% from three on 9.5 attempts per game.
25ppg on 48% from the field, 34% from three on 6 per game
27ppg on 56% from the field, 37% from three on nearly 6 per game.
29ppg 46% from the field, 31% from three on 9 per game.
31ppg 50% from the field, 36% from three on 7 per game.
Tatum, Simmons, Leonard, etc all post better stats in the playoffs than the regular season.
PG13 is a damn good player I don't believe I stated otherwise.
In fact I stated he's a great player... But lets be honest. For as good as he THINKS he is. He's not elevating his game when the playoffs happen.
Shaq is extremely right about superstar players need to do BETTER in the playoffs than they do in the regular season.
What has PG13 done in the playoffs since he left Indiana? Shit his last three years in Indiana were first round exits weren't they? Wasn't that the reason why he left Indiana?(was one during his recovery from a broken leg? idr)
Then before he joined the Clippers he had TWO ADDITIONAL FIRST ROUND EXITS.
