I'm saying as of right now. As of this minute that I type this post, I'd take Rose over CP3. When healthy and in full form, I'd take CP3 over anyone except DWill.

Deron has the size and strength on his side which puts him above CP3 in my mind.

no, the only difference is that CP3 was INJURED and only happened ONCE this 09-10 season, pretty sure if CP3 had a full healthy season he would still produce better numbers than DWill.

The only advantage that DWill has over CP3 is size/height.
