If I was trying to win just 1 game with your rules (no fouling out) I would just put the best possible offensive team on the floor and just foul your big man every play (most people put shaq). So he would make 1 out of 2 and I would get 2 or 3 on the other end.

All these guys can shoot lights out and get to the rim at will especially with shaq or hakeem trying to guard them on the perimeter (plus they can all shoot free throws).
