Boston was getting Tatum no matter what. Whether it was #1 or #3. Fultz and Ball were essentially the consensus top 2 picks, and Boston knew they could get over on dumbass league appointed Colangelo. Lakers and Sixers were taking those two guards and Boston knew it.
Well Tatum did developed into a Big time player, was a slow start though , freaking Kyrie don’t wanna share the Ball with Brown n Tatum they were rookies with No jumpers or handles.
Idk nothing about why Fultz was number 1 pick, perhaps he was athletic n got great potential. Lonzo was Way overhyped and he was dominating college, Steph Curry Range with a 45inch Vert Lavar ball said xD not everyone can handle the expectation and lonzo is not that guy! Will be a solid backup point guard if he comes back healthy again.
Drafting rewind after 5-10 years definitely can be lucky drafts or regretful! Jokic was a second round pick holy moly!!! Aaron Gordon was a late pick but finally found his Alpha to lead him in Jokic!
