LeBron's super team? lol what

You're reaching hard man. LeBron beat everyone in the conference, just as he always had done. Plus, they beat the Raptors before they had Kawhi...that was when DeRozan was still there. Big deal? That Raptors team once they got Kawhi was a whole different level of good.

I still don't get what you're trying to prove here. I mean we get it, the Bucks aren't the #1 seed anymore after getting it back to back seasons and not even making it out of the conference either time despite LeBron leaving the conference. Now the Bucks are a #3 seed and you're making all sorts of excuses talking about strength of opponent. This is too ironic....

You claimed that the Celtics were better 17-18 than 18-19 due to playoff performance. 17-18 had one legitimate title contender (Cavs) the next year there were 4 potential title contenders (Boston, Toronto, Philly, and Milwaukee)

The Celtics had almost twice the SRS in 18-19. You can’t be strictly results oriented when evaluating the strength of a team. Just like I’m sure you’ll be ready to claim how good the 76ers are and it’s no big deal if they get bounced by someone this year

LeBron + Kyrie + Love was considered a super team. The Warriors just built a better one

Sixers will make the ECF's and you'll have an excuse, i'll be waiting for it.

But two years ago you didn't hesitate to "LOL @ Sixers for getting knocked out in the second round" despite playing the eventual champs in that second round, the toughest opponent of them all (and also playing them far better than anyone else did).

Sixers have never been knocked out by a lower seed in the Embiid/Simmons era. In the past 3 years:

2017-18: Sixers #3 seed lost to #2 seed Celtics
2018-19: Sixers #3 seed lost to #2 seed Raptors
2019-20: Sixers #6 seed lost to #3 seed Celtics (Simmons didn't even play in this series - but we'll still count it)

MEANWHILE, the Bucks have choked every year since they've been a playoff team recently:

2018-19: Bucks #1 seed lost to #2 seed Raptors
2019-20: Bucks #1 seed lost to #5 seed Heat (got 4-1'd too lmao)

We'll show you this year how a #1 seed gets it done.

So the 76ers don’t need to beat anyone decent to be considered a success this year? Glad the bar is set so high

At the same time, the #1 seed has only been good fortune for what like two teams since the 2000s? Cavs and 08 Celtics

In 10 of the last 13 playoffs (2008-20), at least one No. 1 seed has made the NBA Finals.

But yeah, it's no guarantee. I mean the top three teams are all literally right on top of each other only separated by a few games. That's nothing really, especially considering injuries and shit during the regular season.

If we lost in the first or second round I'd be fucking pissed, and it would be an epic choke job. If we lost in the ECF's to a Nets or Bucks in a hard fought series, it would be disappointing but it's not like it would be some epic upset. Any of those 3 teams will represent the East.
