Why does Marcus Smart have his hands on the ball at the end of the game? They have Tatum and Brown.

That doesn't seem very smart.

1st turnover were going for quick basket and smart beat his man but Jrue just got there and rekt him

2nd turnover was just trying to push the ball as quickly as possible, and he likely would have passed to jaylen who would have had to take a pull up 3 but Jrue got there and rekt him

I mean it sucks that the ball was in smarts hands to begin with but that’s how the plays turned out. I guess good team defense on the inbounds by bucks on Tatum and brown to force the ball into the smarts hands

If smart grabs that last offensive board off the FT neither play matters anyway.. that’s what pisses me off - the simplest of things turns the game.

He also turned the ball over with like 45 seconds left. Giannis stole it. Plus the green haired clown knocked the ball out of Browns hands on the rebound that Portis scored on. He basically had 4 turnovers the last minute. Giannis steal, 2x holiday steal/block, Portis rebound were all him

No no, it was other way around. It was smarts easy rebound and JB interrupted Smart.

Smart came crashing in from the arc. It wasn't an easy rebound for him. Brown likely would have had it. Smart straight up lost them the game. Even with the Portis rebound he turned the ball over 3 times in the last 50 secs.
