Both are great all-around type players
Smart 10x better running the offense + clear cut better defender
Rozier is showing a higher ceiling and a consistent ability to improve his shooting and scoring ability. Beats his man off the dribble much more frequently than Smart

Both have glaring weaknesses, but are able to impact the game in many ways
