certainly not greasier than American food. Some can be a bit oily that's because it's usually sauteed and stuff burns without oil when you saute it. In general it's far healthier than American food. Also, I fucking love it. I can cook some dope ass Chinese food way better than you'll ever eat in any restaurant. By the way it's usually not like American Chinese food. I've never seen Sesame Chicken or General Tso's chicken or Egg Rolls or any of that junk here (although I used to like that junk in America sometimes lol)
