Upgrading before evolving saves dust but you won't know the moves until you upgrade and a pokemon without the right moves is useless

newest update pretty much nerfed it while driving (have yet to have a pokemon pop up while behind the wheel) so i'll likely uninstall

yeah i did, but still no pokemon showing up sadly

and eh, speed limit is like 40 and i only pass a few schools so 70 sounds about right
