My Teriyaki turned out well this time, it is drier than redneck, but it needs to be cut thinner to take the smoke better. It moistens your mouth with the right amount of saltiness and a decent smoky flavor with a subtle hint of Teriyaki. The redneck is juicier and thicker and has a good beef flavor with a little spice at the end, but its not hot just flavorful. My favorite was the Teriyaki this time around. If SAF thinks it's shit then I would 1000% expect him to say that it was tough and dry and shitty and the Jack Links Sasquatch would stomp a mud hole dry with my one toothed redneck ass.
EDIT : was made from beef (not venison this time) but still tastes the same.
