Joel Embiid dropped 36 points Friday in a win against the L.A. Clippers.

Embiid is the first Philadelphia 76ers player with 3 straight 35-point games since Allen Iverson in 2006.

Butler expressing frustration. "I don't know what team is going to show up on any given night."... Blames defensive issues in part on "just being soft, scared of contact.".. He wants Bam to attack rim more: "He lets people off the hook. Play bully ball."

lol the Heat are such frauds. overvalued the fuck out of Herro by saying he couldn't even be included in a Harden trade, now the kid can't even get a shot off and getting destroyed defensively

are we supposed to praise missing 1/3 of the season? pretty sure that should be a disqualifier right there

where is Curry's 30.1 PPG 73-9 season on this list? he played 79 games

also how does Embiid get credited for a higher win percentage by subtracting the games that he missed?

Jordan and Kareem played 82/82 and 79/82 games respectively

Embiid can play a maximum of 57/72 assuming he doesn't miss a single game left but we both know he will and it will probably be like 55/72

history tells us the minimum percentage of games played by an MVP winner is 85% and Embiid can play a max of 79%

Bill Walton played just 70% of the games and he won an MVP 🤷‍♂️

Also yes, I agree BUT almost EVERYONE is missing a lot of time this season. LeBron, Embiid, Harden, etc. All the guys that were MVP favorites early on have been out for long stretches. At this point Jokic may just win it by default for being healthy lol

Jokic is the MVP guys, as much as we would all love to give it to the person that deserves it, aka Steph, its going to Jokic.

Good to see everyone agrees with Embiid being the MVP
