Landy was a steal too, yes. Drafted late in the first. He was also used as part of a trade to get us Tobias Harris. Necessary sacrifice.

With that said, Landy is a god awful defender, one of the worst in the league.

Thybulle was easily the best wing defender coming out of the draft, he was historically great defensively and his steal/block numbers translated very well over to the NBA. The question was can he shoot 3's and become that premier 3&D player that he has the potential to be....and he's answering that by shooting 46.3% from 3pt.

To Date, all 5 Sixers starters are top 25 in the NBA in Defensive Win Shares.

Embiid also leads the NBA in defensive rating at 95.3, and Ben Simmons leads the league in steals at 2.2 per game.


It's coming together, and hopefully tonight is yet another statement after knocking out Toronto and Denver in their previous two games.
