Yeah sorry wasn't trying to down play IT. Love the kid to death and wish him the best. I just think in this specific scenario with IT not at 1hunded and going against the guy they traded him for could have been a big confidence loss if Kyrie picked his pocket a few times and blew past him every offensive possession

E: really hope he doesn't stay in Cleveland regardless of what LeGone does - would break my heart to see him stuck there...

If it's the trade, I believe it was only made because of the pick. Seems like they might not get the value they expected out of it either.
As for not playing him, clearly it's because he's recovering. Not going to play a b2b after being out over 6 months

I thought the same thing. Most likely need him more vs. Celtics than Blazers.
Reality is that it's just another game for the Cavs while it probably means a little something for us.
