If you had to choose one, Smart or Rozier?
That is/was a huge debate on Celticsblog
Both are great all-around players, but Marcus Smart all the way
He actually makes players around him better -- something Rozier hasn't learned to do just yet (finally getting real play time this year to develop)
Smart runs the offense when Kyrie isn't on the floor
And that defensive versatility that allows him to guard some 3's/hold him own against 4s in the paint because of that "retard" strength + size over Rozier
They are both great rebounding guards, but Smart is one of the best in the NBA at rebounding "contested boards"
You gotta go with Smart imo

This team needs to get back to defense, they're not playing as hard.
Kyrie needs to starting trying again.
But the offense has been getting bettter
TOs on offense is killing our defense. That's 100% the reason we blew the lead late in Indy.
We've been upping our pace (which I don't care about since playoffs becomes mainly half court) so defense going down is expected
Defensive rebounding has been a joke down the stretch in every game though. Not sure we can fix this w/o acquiring rebounding help (no clue who at this point)
We need Tatum/Brown/Horford to do a better job at rebounding
