Yeah it used to be worth it for them making like $50k a year on average in the U.S. because they could get away with the bullshit and do what they wanted in many places.

But now? Lol guys quitting left and right, just isn't worth it. You can get an entry level desk job making $50k at companies where you have limited responsibility and work 9-5.
