Refs really added extra time to the clock after the Horford foul

After reviewing, it should have been 2.6 to 2.8 seconds AT MOST. The foul clearly occured no more than that. Instead they made it 3 seconds even.

2.5 or 2.6 is more realistic. 2.8 would be generous. And 3.0 is just ridiculous. It was the difference too 🀣
