The exp of just catching I mean. Pokeballs are like infinite supply so I catch everything I see unless a zubat is frustrating me

But the 50 xp gained from losing 5 pokeballs isn't worth it IMO. I just let them pass by and catch whatever else passes by. If you hardly find pokemon, I can understand why one would pursue such a time and pokeball waster. But if neither is you situation, I suggest to move along.

You get 100 exp for every catch + more if you do a nice, great or excellent throw. You also get 50 exp for collecting from each pokestop, which gets you more pokeballs. So I just catch everything I see and keep stocked up all the time from always hitting pokestops.

Guys, what's better thing to do - use some stardust on my Drowzee (359 CP) before evolving or put some stardust after evolving?

Would it make any actual difference or should I keep on hoarding stardust?

Wait till you get one that is maxed on you CP bar. Drowzee isn't an end game pokemon. So it would be a waste imo.

Always use after evolving because it's useless to power up a pokemon with a bad moveset.

Unless it's a pokemon that is guaranteed a good moveset, because it's cheaper to power up before evolving.

Can Pokemon Go be "pay to win" or are you limited on things you can purchase right now?

Yeah it can be pay to win. Buying experience eggs and massive lures would definitely give you a huge advantage. For sure a pay to win game.
