Ive got 6 1200 ish cp hypnos.... i swear more drowzees spawn than all other pokemon combined...

My strongest 6 are all hypnos...

Got some 1k ish cp lineup though... pidgeots....golbats...jolteon flareon ... cloyster...raticate .... tauros

Yes there are things called "nests" where specific pokemon spawn with regularity

What's Max lvl?

Whatever max player level is. Highest I've seen is 31 So i'm assuming level 40. Then all the cap space that opens up to level up that Snorlax. So easy to say around 3k+
