Yes, calculate how many you can transfer and still have enough pokemon to evolve, after transferring pop your egg then evolve all the lowest evolution pokemon you can.

No need to go to a pokestop cause you'll be evolving constantly anyway, but if you don't have enough things to evolve you can use the remaining egg time there I guess.

Finally a good hatch. Got me a 1742 snorlax.

What moveset though? It needs to have Body Slam to be strong. Snorlax with Body Slam is the strongest pokemon in the game.

Super nice either way just for the candies for when you do find a Body Slam Snorlax.
