I would agree that Act1 needs to pay it back. But im fairly certain if you accidentally send someone FG they are not required to send it back... so unfortunately I think it ends here.

not true. On a Diablo 2 trade if you send someone 1000 fg instead of 100 fg and don't send 900 back you can get locked. The catch is that JSP doesn't condone Sports Betting so Act1 can't get locked, but can get Welcher tagged in the Sports Forums (which has already happened)

regardless of the reason for the fg to be sent, it was still accidently sent. I would post this in scammer accusations, seriously.

judson it's okay you didn't welch anyone. act1 didn't label his bet properly=fail and then couldn't cover his bet when he lost, now he's a welcher. thread closed
