I never see Charizard or anything holding Gym's down....do people not get them? Or are these other Pokemon better than them?

unless you know of a massive spawn of charmanders, its 100x easier to get a 1600-1700+ Vaporeon than it is a Charizard/Blastoise/Venasaur
