we traded away a large chunk of our next 5 years for a dude that doesnt even want to be here and can only play 40 games a season, takes over 30% of our cap space, and is going to retire in one year...... That doesnt sound like a good idea.

BI is good enough in the regular season we could fool some bottom feeder to give us 4-5 picks and get pieces that actually work for our future instead we just traded the future for a year rental whos most known for being injured all the time.

Brandon Ingram is a fraud. Raptors might only get Kawhi part of the season but I he is playoff ready they get someone who shows up unlike Ingram's weak self.

Kawhi just had the best statistical season of his career. And he played 65 games.

That's a top 5 player in the league if he's able to stay relatively healthy.

Worth the gamble IMO
