venison is pretty popular amongst hunters here, but other than that their is barely a market for it in Australia.... or roo for that matter, incase that was the next question lollll..

I can have jerky mde within about 6 hours from when I process the deer, not that old, and maybe I'll have to send you some, because it's not dry at all. My redneck jerky is actually quite moist, almost like eating a steak.
