Correction, bad conduct discharge.

court-martialed in 2008 for attempted larceny, false statements, dereliction of duty, and other offenses and received a bad conduct discharge from the Marine Corps.

Either way, he's the right wing poster boy on social media right now.

This is really embarrassing for the U.S. They got absolutely fleeced. Now Russia has incentive to arrest another American.

They traded a guy who is serving a 25 year prison sentence for conspiring to kill American citizens, known abroad as "Merchant of Death". Yet they believe it's a good idea to let him out while there is an active war going on for a basketball player who took a vape pen in her luggage.

What is going on? What kind of bargaining is that?

We need David Stern to come back and veto this?
