Matisse is the most disruptive guard/wing defender in the league, and has been for a little while now. Nobody disrupts the offense with blocks, steals and just hounding offensive players more than him.
- 2nd in Deflections/75 (4.8)
- 3rd in Steals/75 (2.8)
- 1st in Blocks/75 among guards/wings (1.8)
- 4th in On-Ball Defense Rtng (2.6)
- 7th in Passing Lane Defense Rtng (2.3)
- 4th in Defensive Miles/75 (1.5)
He’s also 1st in Regularized Defensive Turnovers created and among the top in total Jumpers/Floaters blocked.
Ladies and gentleman, Matisse is defensively generational. Now if only his offensive game could catch up even a little bit.

In 150 games
Both Jordan and Wade averaged like 1 block per game for the first half of their careers.
You know, along with 30 points and winning shit as THE man.
Typical DM to point out some random dumb as stat like this rofl
Again, nobody is talking about points or winning championships. Nice job changing the subject though lmao. We know Matisse isn't strong offensively, that's a given. If he was strong offensively he'd be getting 35 min per game and would win DPOY, because minutes played is the only thing holding him back. Still made All-Defensive 2nd team last year though in just 20 min per game showing how insanely great he is defensively
We're strictly talking blocks per game, where Thybulle is #1 all time in NBA history among guards or anyone his height or shorter in general.

he's a guard? thought he was a forward
now where does he stand on blocks per game of all game?
He can defend multiple positions because of his length, but he's only 6'4''/6'5''.
Among players his height or under, Matisse Thybulle is currently the ALL-TIME single season and career leader in Blocks per game, BLK/36m, BLK%, and BLK/100p. He's been the best 6'5 or under shot blocker in NBA history.

Looks like grizzlies doin the daddy dickin
Got straight daddy dicked without Embiid or Curry playing.
Sixers are 3-8 without Embiid this season, and 13-5 with him. They're just pathetic without him most of the time.
