It’s subjective. People have their opinion of what is true success and what not. For Lebron, it is to get rings by any means possible. For the haters, he didn’t do it right because he created super teams.

However, the results speak for themselves. He still won 4 rings.

my favorite anime? One Piece is my favorite. in the manga Gon is infrequently even shown, in the Dark Continent arc it's mainly about Leorio, Kurapika, and Gon's father Ging
