Can you show me where in the dialogue a bet was ever legitimately cd?

Mega: My bucks. -7.5 Up to -4,100 fg
Izzo: Give me 8 and I’ll do 1500
Mega: Cd glgl
(at this point this is not a valid bet as both sides did not confirm it)
GAME STARTS
Izzo: Sorry lost track of time, I’ll still cd if you’re up for it
Mega never reconfirms
Mega: cd'd before tipoff, needs to be paid out yet

Izzo asks for better odds but absolutely did not confirm in his post. HE SHOULD HAVE TYPED "Give me 8 and Ill do 1500 a/c (or cd)"
Mega confirms an unconfirmed bet before game time
The game started and Izzo asks if Mega still wants and ACTUALLY CONFIRMS the in-game bet
Mega does not confirm the in-game bet thus the both partial bets are null and void.

Stop being dense. Stop being a tard. We don't rule in subjectivism here. This was absolutely, positively, 100% not a bet in any way, shape, or form.

eerock has been the s/a leader for 3 months. After not caring and not supporting us for over a decade, d2jsp mods suddenly want to govern and/or violate our rules.

They have the right to do so because they are more powerful than us. That being said, if they want to decide on which rules they want to enforce, they need to:

1) Come up with their own betting rules and we will follow them OR tell us which ones we need to change

2) Provide mediators for bets

They won't do either of those so we are left to our own devices.

We do a pretty good job of keeping s/a accusations to a minimum.

If it was up to me, I would completely disband the list and everyone would be on their own to bet. Then s/a can sort through all of that crap. But I can get nuts sometimes.
