Unless it’s a major broadcast company airing the game (espn, cbs, abc or whatever - I’m not too familiar with all the American channels) then each home team has its own broadcast announcers, usually a play-by-play caller and a game analyst.

I don’t know exactly the specifics but sometimes you can get streams with your own teams announcers calling away games. I don’t know how or why this happens though. I’m assuming it has something to do with single team league pass though e.g if I signed up to the Celtics only league pass, id get 82 games of Mike Gorman and Brian Scalabrine (the goats)
